FDGP (Comprehensive Discount Plan)
Fiorenza Dental Group offers a comprehensive dental discount plan designed as a cost-effective way to receive ongoing care. With a monthly enrollment fee, the plan provides discounts of 100%, 65%, or 35%. Recall work such as cleanings, X-rays, exams, and fluoride receive a 100% discount; most other dental work receives a 65% discount; and certain services including sleep apnea appliances, Botox and dermal fillers, and clear braces receive a 35% discount. The plan also includes special coverage for the rare circumstances when a specialist referral is needed.
Fluoride Subscription Plan (FSP)
Fluoride is one of the best tools for fighting tooth decay. It bonds to tooth structure in the same place as calcium. As teeth lose calcium from normal aging and diet, they become more vulnerable to decay or sensitivity. Consistent professional fluoride applications help strengthen those weak areas. Because many dental insurance plans only cover fluoride through age 18, the original Fiorenza Fluoride Subscription Plan was created to provide fluoride at every recall visit for a low monthly price of $4.
