FDGP (Comprehensive Discount Plan)

Fiorenza Dental Group offers a new and unique look at a comprehensive dental discount plan. We set this up to allow a cost-effective way to have a comprehensive care plan that can save you hundreds if not thousands of dollars. With FDGP, we charge a monthly enrollment fee; and with this fee, you receive ongoing discounts of 100%, 65%, or 35%. You receive a 100% discount on recall work like cleanings, Xrays, Exams, and Fluoride. You receive a 65% discount on almost all other dental work. Finally, you receive a 35% discount on certain specific procedures including Sleep Apnea appliances, Botox and Dermal Fillers, and Clear Braces. We even have special coverage for the rare circumstances when we have to refer you to a specialist for a specific procedure.

Fluoride Subscription Plan (FSP)

Fluoride is one of the best medicines in the world for fighting tooth decay. It has been listed as one of the top ten medical advancements of the 20th century; right up there with antibiotics and modern plumbing. Fluoride works by bonding to tooth structure in the same spot as calcium. When teeth lose calcium from normal aging, diet, etc. they become more at risk of decay or sensitivity. When you have professional fluoride applications placed on a consistent basis these weak areas get filled in with fluoride; making less decay and sensitivity less likely. The problem is today most dental insurances only cover fluoride applications until age 18. That’s why we created our Fluoride Subscription Plan. For a low price of $3 per month, we will do fluoride at every recall visit.

Senior Care Plan

With our sister company FDG Mobile; we are proud to offer a plan specifically for our elder patients who live in senior living communities. With our Senior Care plan, our elder patients receive 3 large benefits. First, the elder patient is enrolled in our comprehensive discount plan FDGP (as mentioned above). Second, instead of regular cleanings every 6 months at our physical office, we come to the elder patient’s senior living community with FDG Mobile every 4 months. At these visits, we do a full cleaning with any necessary X-rays and fluoride treatment. Third, a member of the FDG Mobile team comes to the elder patient’s senior living community once per week to provide a thorough brushing of their teeth and to make sure they aren’t having any issues. With this plan, our elder patients and their families can have peace of mind knowing that their oral health is being monitored on a weekly and monthly basis. And when any additional work is needed, a large discount will be applied to help lower the burden of cost.

Snore Free Subscription

Snoring is caused by multiple different processes happening all at once. In general, around 85% of snoring is caused by the vibration of the soft palate and uvula (the back 1/3 of the roof of your mouth). With the latest technology available we now offer relief to our loud snoring patients. By shining a focused beam of energy, done with the industry best Solea Laser, we can make the soft palate and uvula much more rigid; which in turn reduces the amount of vibration. By reducing vibration in an area that accounts for 85% of snoring sound we are able to greatly reduce the noise created by even our loudest snoring patients. Even though you will still make noise; it will be greatly reduced and will allow you to sleep better and help reduce the disturbance caused to bed partners. Since this is active tissue; the body will revert back to its original vibrations over time. Typically we treat patients 1-2 times in the first month; then yearly as maintenance. These treatments typically cost anywhere from $500-800, but with our Snore Free Subscription, you are able to pay a low monthly fee and receive as many treatments as needed overtime to maintain a reduced snoring level.
